We provide professional flight training in lower mainland, BC.
How do we conduct our flight training:
Safety
Safety is not just a state, but a process of continuous improvement. Our instructors devote extra effort on inspecting the aircraft condition and validating insurance to ensure the safety of trainee, trainer and, others.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we followed such protocols: wear face masks and gloves while conducting training sessions; sanitize all training equipment, and maintain social distancing at our best. Safety is our top priority that we do not compromise with, under any circumstances.
Knowledge
Our training programs are conducted following The Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs). We update our programs frequently, as per industry standards and, tailor the programs as per the needs of our clients. Our Chief instructor has more than 8 years experience as a flight Instructor. We guarantee our clients with the highest quality of training. Transport Canada (TC) has published Study and Reference Guides for all programs. We focus on those items while providing the training to our clients. While designing the training programs, we kept Weak Knowledge Areas in our mind to ensure the success of our program.
Communication
We believe in having a clear and efficient communication with our clients. From the pre-flight ground preparation to the post-flight ground session, we do make sure that our clients get the best out of their training sessions. Surely you have heard ROGER in your favorite movie so many times but it is one of the least used Terminology in aviation. To learn the proper Radio Communication, we suggest our clients to follow NAVCANADA publications and ICAO Publications.
Goals
We believe that no plan can be constructed without a clear goal. Thus, we discuss with our clients about their goals before we tailor the flight training program for them. Each client is a unique individual for us, and we are highly flexible to customize the most suitable training plan for everyone. We understand one program does not work for everyone.
Interaction
In flight training, Pilot Flying (PF) needs to interact with Pilot Monitoring (PM) and vice versa. Crew Resource Management (CRM) describes the role of Pilot Flying (PF) and Pilot Monitoring (PM). When you are flying on your own, you have to play the role of PF and PM, both. The interaction which takes place between the trainee and trainer is respectful, clear and, concise. We believe that sterile cockpit is the key to success. We try our best to build a reliable, trustworthy, and professional relationship with our students by keeping the interaction informative, inspiring and, encouraging.
Feedback
We build a long term relationship with our current and graduated students. We appreciate their feed-backs on instructing, training programs, and all other aspects. We take every feedback sincerely and we welcome our customers to stay connected with us all the times.
Honesty
We firmly believe that “Honesty is the best policy”. The progress reports which we provide to our clients on their flight training progress is honest and clear. We devote ourselves to build the sincere and reliable relationship with all of our clients.
Balance
We request our clients to share their thoughts about training program, and their related experience in life. We encourage them to keep the balance between the flight training and personal life. Also, we are more than happy to provide career advice for those who are interested. For any full-time worker, we understand the difficulty to find a balance between flying and work. Thus, we suggest our clients to schedule 3-4 training sessions per week.
Motivation
Motivation is the engine drives everyone to reach their goals. Our instructors are fully motivated to encourage the clients to complete their milestones on the journey of flight training. Our instructors are fully capable to change the technique of the instruction to make sure that clients are motivated through out the sessions.
Patience
We understand flight training is a combination of theory and practical sessions. In order to achieve goals, the trainee has to pass through this process. In spite of putting the Hard-work, not achieving the goals can bring sourness, tears, frustration, confusion and stress to one’s mind. We are here for our students when they need our supports, advice and help. We listen to their questions patiently and guide them carefully through the process.
Joy
After all, flying is fun and joyful! We don’t forget to remind our clients about the original purpose of flight training - that is to enjoy the flight while being safe!
There is no better way to enjoy the flight than being up in the sky on your own; Just you and your wings.
